1. مقدمة
Introduction
هدفنا هو ضمان رضاكم الكامل عن المنتجات التي تشتريها من متجرنا.
Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with the products you purchase from our store.
تنطبق هذه السياسة على جميع الطلبات التي تتم من خلال موقع مؤسسة العبقري الصغير للتجارة الإلكترونية.
This policy applies to all orders placed through Genius Mixer E-Commerce.
2. إرجاع المنتجات
Product Returns
يمكنك طلب إرجاع المنتج خلال 3 أيام من تاريخ الاستلام في الحالات التالية:
You may request a return within 3 days of receiving the product in the following cases:
- إذا كان المنتج مختلفًا عن المواصفات المعروضة على الموقع.
- If the product differs from the description shown on the website.
- إذا وصل المنتج تالفًا أو معيبًا.
- If the product arrives damaged or defective.
يجب أن يكون المنتج في حالته الأصلية وغير مستخدم وبكامل ملحقاته وتغليفه.
The product must be returned in its original condition, unused, with all accessories and packaging included.
3. استبدال المنتجات
Product Exchange
يسمح باستبدال المنتج بمنتج آخر مساوي أو أعلى قيمة خلال مدة أقصاها 3 أيام من تاريخ الاستلام.
Products may be exchanged for another item of equal or higher value within 3 days of delivery.
قد يتم تطبيق رسوم إضافية في حال اختلاف السعر أو اختلاف وجهة الشحن.
Additional fees may apply if there is a price difference or a change in shipping destination.
4. المنتجات غير القابلة للإرجاع
Non-Returnable Items
بعض المنتجات لا يمكن إرجاعها أو استبدالها في الحالات التالية:
Some items cannot be returned or exchanged in the following cases:
- المنتجات المستخدمة أو المفتوحة من تغليفها الأصلي
- Products that have been used or removed from their original packaging
- المنتجات الصحية أو ذات الاستخدام الشخصي
- Hygiene or personal-use items
- العروض الخاصة إن لم يثبت وجود خطأ من جانبنا
- Clearance or promotional items unless defective
5. إجراءات الإرجاع والاستبدال

للبدء في طلب إرجاع أو استبدال، يرجى التواصل معنا عبر صفحة اتصل بنا أو الواتساب أو الهاتف.
To initiate a return or exchange request, please contact us via the Contact Us page, WhatsApp, or phone.
قد نطلب صورًا أو تسجيل فيديو يوضح حالة المنتج قبل قبول طلب الإرجاع.
We may request photos or video proof of the product condition before approving the return.
6. استرداد المبلغ
Refunds
في حال قبول طلب الإرجاع، يتم استرداد قيمة المنتج بوسيلة الدفع الأصلية أو كرصيد متجر.
If the return request is approved, the refund will be issued via the original payment method or store credit.
رسوم الشحن غير قابلة للاسترداد إلا إذا كان الخطأ من جانبنا.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was from our side.
7. رسوم الإرجاع
Return Fees
إذا كان الإرجاع بسبب خطأ من قبلنا، سيتم تحمل كامل تكاليف الشحن.
If the return is due to our mistake, we will cover all return shipping costs.
أما في حال الإرجاع لرغبة شخصية، يتحمل العميل رسوم الشحن.
If the return is due to personal preference, the customer is responsible for shipping fees.
8. فحص المنتج قبل الدفع
Product Inspection Before Payment
نسمح لك بفحص المنتج عند الاستلام قبل إتمام الدفع لضمان رضاك التام.
You are allowed to inspect the product upon delivery before completing the payment to ensure full satisfaction.
